Skincentrick – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Skincentrick! We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our Shipping Policy below.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

If we experience any delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries outside the U.S.

  • International Standard Delivery: 7–21 business days
  • Customs or import delays may extend delivery times.

Please check our checkout page to confirm if we deliver to your country.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location
  • The shipping method selected
  • Current carrier rates

Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


5. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Skincentrick is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen events
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Lost or stolen packages after the carrier takes possession

If an issue occurs:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first
  • Then contact us at contact@skincentrick.com, and we will assist where possible

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Skincentrick is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you need to correct an address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is processed.


7. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately due to:

  • Inventory availability
  • Packaging requirements

You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


8. International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Local taxes

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and vary by country.
Customs processing may also delay delivery times.


9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to pay customs/import fees
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • A reshipment fee may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
