Skincentrick – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Skincentrick products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused Only
  • In its original or equivalent packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.

3. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.
You will receive a full product refund once the return is received and inspected.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not have final-sale items — everything is eligible for return unless:

  • The product was damaged due to misuse
  • The return is requested after the 14-day window

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund

Shipping charges (if any paid during purchase) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

8. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@skincentrick.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your free return label
  4. Ship the product back within 7 days using the label

9. Non-Returnable Situations

We may decline returns if:

  • Items show signs of excessive use
  • The return request is made after 14 days
  • The product is damaged due to customer handling
